Processing Time We take about 2-7 business days to process orders and shipping time is on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Delivery times The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the estimated time frame. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address and if possible we will update to the new address provided. However please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout as we are not liable if an incorrect address is entered.
Packages Lost In Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Unclaimed -Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us can be reshipped for a small reshipment fee. Re-shipments need to be confirmed within 4 weeks after we have received the unclaimed package. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Cancellations If you want to request a cancellation please do so within one hour of your purchase. Once an item has started fulfillment cancellations are no longer possible.
Customs Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We are not responsible for these fees.
Exchange & Return Policy Exchanges or refunds are available for damaged items and wrong items, please contact us if there is a problem with your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges as our products are made to order. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. SALE/SEASONAL/BRAND AMBASSADOR/HOLIDAY ITEMS (HALLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS ETC) ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be in original condition(unused) if a return is accepted. We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
This depends on the product type you purchase and your location. We have several locations where we ship our orders throughout the USA, One location in Europe and one in Mexico.
